JUST IN: PSG player ratings vs Nantes: Randal Kolo Muani gets his moment! Big-money signing downs his former club with late winner to spare Parisian blushes

The team’s third goal of the season was scored by summer acquisition Luis Enrique, giving his team a six-point lead at the top of the standings.

Randal Kolo Muani finally had his chance. The French striker, who was acquired at Kylian Mbappe’s request, is still getting used to life in Paris and is waiting for his breakthrough goal. It came on Saturday night, with the ex-Nantes striker winning 2-1 for his new team in the 85th minute of play.

After that, the Parisians worked long hours. In the last third, they had trouble creating and the substitutes didn’t contribute much either. Then again, Kolo Muani spoke up. His goal wasn’t very technical; rather, it was the alert striker’s poke that gave his team three points just when it appeared like a painful draw was about to happen.

Asensio blew an opportunity to win the match, but he gave up too easily. However, it made no difference as Luis Enrique’s team secured what might prove to be a significant victory.
