Drake, known for his ventures into various activities, has been exploring new interests during his break from the music scene. Currently on a hiatus from rap, with a tour scheduled for next year alongside J. Cole, he’s making the most of his free time. Recent weeks have seen him enjoying a vacation in Turks & Caicos, soaking in the sun.
In a recent Instagram post, Drake showcased his newfound interest in golf, following the footsteps of DJ Khaled. Acknowledging the challenges of golf and its inherent difficulty, he maintained a realistic perspective on his skill level. Recognizing the sport’s inconsistency and difficulty, even for amateurs, Drake embraced the game as a source of enjoyment rather than a pursuit of perfection.
“I’m trash at this sport but the drinks are hitting,” Drake wrote in his caption. Overall, the drinks are a huge reason to play golf. Furthermore, there is a social aspect to it as you usually play with a group of friends. Although you could have a rough round, being around your buddies does make the whole experience more palatable. Hopefully, with each round of golf that he plays, Drizzy gets at least a little bit better. After all, you don’t want to be bad at the sport forever, especially if you hit the links often.
