Man Utd goalkeeper Andre Onana’s whole response to a query regarding the atmosphere at Anfield after he ‘felt nothing’

Andre Onana, the goalkeeper for Manchester United, made eight saves in their 0-0 Premier League draw against Liverpool.

Andre Onana, the goalkeeper for Manchester United, has criticized the atmosphere at Anfield following their 0-0 draw with Liverpool.

With 7,000 more fans packed into the recently renovated Anfield Road stand, the attendance reached 57,000, the biggest for a league since 1949. It was a historic evening in Merseyside.

For the first time this season, Jurgen Klopp’s team lost at home, making for a painful afternoon. Although Virgil van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate, and Cody Gakpo came close to scoring for Liverpool during their dominant play against the Red Devils, Alisson Becker denied Rasmus Holjund, giving United the finest opportunity.

The Reds lost the chance to retake the top spot in the league after Arsenal overcame Brighton & Hove Albion 2-0, and as a result, they were surpassed at the top.

Van Dijk expressed his displeasure with United’s strategy after the goalie incited ire from home supporters during their first-half defense of the Kop.

Sam Homewood of MUTV tweeted, “Onana on the Anfield atmosphere: “I felt nothing,” which threw fans into a frenzy.

When asked if he noticed the Anfield vibe amid the “myth” surrounding the stadium, Onana was candid in his evaluation.

“Nothing (did you see the atmosphere at Anfield?). You’re going to get it at Manchester United, so I need to be prepared for everything. The goalie told MUTV, “I’m used to playing big games with enormous intensity.

It was pleasant to play here today, as I mentioned. We faced a formidable opponent, but we demonstrated that we have talented players and that, as Manchester United, we always aim to win.
