Real Madrid want Raphael Varane to replace…….

Raphael Varane, the defender for Manchester United, is allegedly very interested in joining Real Madrid.

Following David Alaba’s injury, a report from Fichajes states that Real Madrid is interested in signing the French international defender. Due to ligament damage, Alaba will be sidelined for the remainder of the season, so Real Madrid will need to find a suitable replacement.

Real Madrid cannot afford to lose the Austrian international defender for the rest of the season because he has been a vital member of the team.

Varane is aware that the team will have spent a few years playing for Real Madrid. During his tenure with the club, he assisted them in winning multiple major championships, so he should be able to adjust fast and have an instant influence.

It’s unclear if Manchester United is willing to pay for him given that he has been linked to moves away from the team in recent weeks.

With a €35 million valuation, Real Madrid has more than enough money to sign the French defender. Letting the seasoned Frenchmen go could be problematic for Manchester United, as they currently lack depth in the defensive line, unless they can find a suitable replacement.

There have also been rumors of Harry Maguire leaving Manchester United.

Real Madrid, on the other hand, has to bolster their defense in order to contend for the league title this year, therefore they will need to bring in a top-tier defender. The chance to play again for his old team will appeal to the French international, who hasn’t had much playing time at Manchester United this season.

Additionally, he has been connected to a relocation to Saudi Arabia. Whether the French defender is eager to play in the Spanish league again is still up in the air.

His transfer to Manchester United hasn’t quite gone as planned. He would have anticipated regularly contending for major awards. Rather, the Red Devils are having difficulty qualifying for the Champions League.
