Top 10: Drivers rank the greatest F1 2023 drivers, with the exception of Lewis Hamilton.
After being judged the best in the field by his peers—Lewis Hamilton withdrew from the race—Max Verstappen earned another title to his F1 2023 resume.
With more than twice as many points as his Red Bull teammate and Championship runner-up Sergio Perez, Verstappen won a third World Championship and dominated the field in a record-breaking display of F1 2023 supremacy, winning 19 grand prix out of a potential 22.

For the F1 2023 season, each driver was requested to submit a list of their top ten drivers. Voting was kept private, and drivers were free to select their own candidates. All scores are combined using the Formula One points system to produce the final top 10.
Hamilton moved up one spot from 2022 to the second spot on the list thanks to the votes, but he remained the only driver not to participate in the F1 2023 procedures, just like in the previous year’s poll.
When comparing the 2022 and 2023 lists, George Russell, Hamilton’s Mercedes teammate, is the biggest loser. He went from finishing in P3 with Hamilton to missing the top 10 on the most recent list.
For the 2023 standings, Charles Leclerc of Ferrari likewise had a decline in position, falling from P2 to P5.
