Colson, a recipient of two All-Big Ten selections and the 2021 Big Ten Defensive Rookie of the Year, served as Michigan’s leading tackler in both 2022 and 2023, playing a pivotal role for the nation’s top-ranked defense. After accumulating a total of 256 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks during his tenure at Michigan, Colson has established an impressive defensive record.

At just 21 years old, having celebrated his birthday last month, and boasting a stature of 6-foot-3 and 247 pounds coupled with exceptional speed, Colson is expected to be in high demand at the professional level. Anticipations are high that he may significantly elevate his draft stock following a successful performance at the 2024 NFL Combine.
