Cassie Eickhoff, a 2008 graduate of Beatrice High School, will assume leadership of the program and begin teaching English at Beatrice Public Schools. Eickhoff, who is originally from southeast Nebraska, attended Beatrice High School where she participated in club softball, volleyball, and basketball in addition to volleyball and basketball.
Eickhoff has been the head coach at Auburn Public Schools for the last three seasons. In addition to managing a number of camps and events, she founded the young club program known as vision elite and the first middle school summer league program in the eastern part of the state.
