Under Kalen DeBoer, the University of Alabama has hired a new staff member to manage the Crimson Tide’s social media accounts.
Tony Jones is the associate director of player personnel for the Crimson Tide. Due to an injury, Jones, a football player at Northwestern University, only played a brief season in the National Football League with the Washington Football Team.
At the University of Michigan, he started as an operations assistant and worked his way up to become the director of high school relations and the recruitment coordinator. Behind the scenes, Jones assisted the Wolverines in winning both the Big Ten and College Football Playoff National Championships in 2023. Being a part of Alabama football now excites him.
