The Roosters have disclosed an injury update regarding two of their forwards.

The Sydney Roosters have provided an injury update following their Round 1 win over the Brisbane Broncos. USitili Tupouniua has been sent for scans on his left groin after experiencing pain and leaving the field early in the second half. While the club doesn’t believe the injury is serious, Tupouniua, who missed most of the 2023 season with an ACL injury, will undergo scans as a precaution.

Siua Wong, who also left the field with an injury late in the second half, has been cleared of any serious injury and will be available for the Roosters’ Round 2 clash against the Manly Sea Eagles.
