Reynolds, who left the field during halftime of their recent match against Melbourne, was emotional in the changeroom, sparking concerns among fans. Meanwhile, Mariner, injured in a collision with Storm winger Xavier Coates, continued playing but underwent scans along with Reynolds.
According to Broncos head of performance Dave Ballard, Reynolds’ injury diagnosis indicates a minor hamstring strain, although no specific timeline for his return has been provided. On the other hand, Mariner’s prognosis is less optimistic, with a potential absence of up to a month due to his fractured back.
