“Grab Your Spot at LAFC-LA Galaxy ‘El Trafico’: Ticket Prices and Availability”
After several seasons of LAFC dominating Los Angeles soccer, this 2024 season sees supporters of the LA Galaxy proudly holding their heads high as their team remains one of only three in both conferences yet to suffer a defeat in the new campaign.
Last year’s El Trafico was held at the Pasadena Rose Bowl on July 4th, but this time it’s back to home turf for the Black & Gold as they prepare to host the Galaxy at BMO Stadium, aiming to revitalize their sluggish start to the season with a victory over their city rivals.
In terms of their history, in their previous 21 encounters since LAFC joined the league in 2018, the LA Galaxy have emerged victorious nine times, while LAFC has claimed seven wins. In 2023, the two teams faced off four times, each winning two matches, showcasing the fierce competition and rivalry that has developed over the six years since the city welcomed two MLS clubs.
The excitement begins at the 22,000-capacity BMO Stadium on Saturday evening, with the match set to kick off at 7:45 pm (ET) or 4:45 pm (PT). Fortunately, for those eager to experience one of MLS’s premier derby matches, there are still a limited number of resale tickets available through Ticketmaster.
As of April 6th, the most affordable ticket available is priced at $115, providing access to Sector 215. For fans willing to splurge for a more exclusive experience, there are still pitch-side bench tickets up for grabs, each priced at $1,200.
While these tickets come with a hefty price tag, they offer an unparalleled view of the action on the field and the electrifying atmosphere generated by the home fans in the North Stand, known as the ‘3252’, who bring a vibrant display of color and noise to the stadium.
