Louisville football has expanded its 2025 recruiting class with the addition of a fifth member. Jordan Allen, a wide receiver from Buford, Georgia High School, revealed his commitment to the Cardinals on Tuesday afternoon.
Standing at 5 feet 8 inches and weighing 170 pounds, the three-star recruit chose Louisville over numerous scholarship offers, including those from Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Clemson, Colorado, Duke, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kansas, Mississippi State, NC State, Pittsburgh, Tennessee, UCF, USF, Utah, and others.
Allen is slated to undertake an official visit during the weekend of May 31.
During his junior year at Buford, Allen demonstrated his skills by making 35 receptions for 588 yards and scoring two touchdowns. Additionally, he showcased his versatility by returning 21 punts for 168 yards.
According to the 247Sports rankings, Allen is ranked as the No. 65 prospect in Georgia and the No. 97 wide receiver nationally.
Allen joins quarterback Mason Mims, defensive lineman Dillon Smith, and offensive linemen Gradey Anthony and Jake Cook in Louisville’s 2025 recruiting class.
