“Fabrizio Romano Confirms: Milan Star Olivier Giroud Signs with LAFC, Contract Extends to…”

Fabrizio Romano confirms that Olivier Giroud, the star player from Milan, has agreed to a contract with LAFC until December 2025. The French international forward will join the Major League Soccer (MLS) team on a free transfer in June, as reported by the renowned transfer expert.

Giroud, who had already settled personal terms with the American club back in March, finalized the deal on Tuesday night, securing his move to LAFC until June 2025. Consequently, he will depart Milan on a free transfer on June 30th and transition to the MLS side without any transfer fee.

In an announcement on X, formerly Twitter, Romano stated, “Giroud can be considered a new LAFC player.”

Having arrived at Milan from Chelsea in 2021, Giroud contributed to the team’s success by clinching the Serie A title in his inaugural season. The 37-year-old striker has demonstrated his prowess with 15 goals and nine assists in 42 appearances across various competitions this season.

Giroud will reunite with his teammate Hugo Lloris at LAFC, as previous reports suggested the French goalkeeper’s desire to join forces with the Milan striker in Los Angeles for the upcoming season.
