Kansas women’s basketball lost significant talent to graduation this past offseason, with Taiyanna Jackson heading to the WNBA and Zakiyah Franklin and Holly Kersgeiter exhausting their eligibility. However, head coach Brandon Schneider has effectively utilized the transfer portal since the Jayhawks were eliminated in the Round of 32, adding two high-scoring guards to the roster.
