Cameron Brink’s Serious Perspective on Kawhi Leonard’s Demeanor

Cameron Brink, the new addition to the Los Angeles Sparks, recently joined New Balance, where she teams up with six-time All-Star and two-time NBA champion Kawhi Leonard. Despite their age difference and distinct personalities, the two quickly became friends.

Brink does a hilarious impression of Leonard!

On a podcast with Paul George, Brink shared her first encounter with Leonard during a commercial shoot, as they both have sponsorship deals with New Balance, based in Boston.

As the first female basketball player to sign with New Balance, Brink expressed gratitude for how NBA players, particularly Leonard, treated her.

George, who has played 207 games with Leonard, noted that there’s much people don’t know about his teammate.

Leonard is often perceived as quiet and reserved, with some even describing him as robotic, which has some truth to it!

However, Brink and George, having spent considerable time with him, believe he is much funnier than people think.

Brink had Leonard laughing a lot during the shoot. While she can’t remember exactly what made him laugh, she will never forget his distinctive laugh, which has gained fame over the years.

Brink’s imitation of Leonard’s laugh is spot-on. She even referred to him as the “male version of Aubrey Plaza.”

Although George and others didn’t get the reference, Brink’s stories about Leonard’s behavior at the commercial shoot were relatable. He just wanted to leave.
