Winnipeg Blue Bombers Make Key Roster Moves: Re-sign OL Kendall Randolph and Suspend K Sergio Castillo.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers made roster moves on Tuesday, re-signing offensive lineman Kendall Randolph and placing kicker Sergio Castillo on the suspended list, as per the CFL Transactions page.

Randolph, a six-foot-four, 300-pound lineman from Madison, Alabama, originally signed with the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in May 2023. In 2022, he contributed to Alabama’s offensive success by opening holes for rushing yards and providing solid pass protection.

Castillo, a five-foot-eleven, 196-pound kicker from La Joya, Texas, had an impressive 2023 season with the Blue Bombers, converting 46 of 51 field goals and making 53 of 57 extra points. He has a diverse football background, having played in various leagues including the CFL, XFL, and NFL. Castillo has demonstrated consistency and accuracy throughout his career, earning accolades such as CFL West All-Star and CFL All-Star in 2019.
