Top 2025 NorCal Quarterback to Visit Air Force Football Program This Week: Recruiting Buzz!

This weekend, on June 14, the Air Force Academy is set to welcome Jaylen Johnson, a quarterback recruit, for an official visit, as reported by 247Sports. Hailing from Redding, California’s Enterprise High School, Johnson is recognized as a three-star prospect by 247Sports. Standing at 6’3″ and weighing 195 pounds, the talented prospect has yet to make a commitment to any college.

Currently, Johnson has only one official visit scheduled to Colorado Springs. Since July 2023, recruits have been allowed to take official visits to as many schools as they desire, but they can only take one official visit per school. Previously, recruits were limited to just five official visits.

Apart from the scholarship offer from Air Force, Johnson has received Division I offers from Army, FIU, Florida A&M, Georgia State, Hawaii, Morgan State, and Norfolk State.

As of now, Air Force has secured four commitments for their 2025 class, with Johnson being the sole quarterback recruit in that cohort. Notably, the Air Force coaching staff has extended offers to eight quarterbacks in the class of 2025.

The Falcons are poised to kick off their 2024 season on August 31, hosting FCS opponent Merrimack.
