Young Roo suffers another serious knee injury
Power forward Brayden George has torn his ACL again, ending his season. George, who debuted in Round 1 of the reserves competition this year after missing most of 2023, faced another setback after recovering from a dislocated elbow last October.

Bulldogs forward and defender set to return post-bye
Western Bulldogs’ Head of Sports Medicine, Chris Bell, provided updates on Aaron Naughton, Nick Coffield, and James Harmes ahead of Round 16. Naughton is nearing the end of his rehab for a knee injury, Coffield is close to returning from a shoulder reconstruction, and Harmes is progressing well from a hamstring injury. Both Jordan Croft and Luke Cleary are also recovering well from concussions and will be monitored.

Collingwood cavalry ready to return after bye
