Bridges, a versatile 6-foot-7 wing with a wingspan spanning 6-foot-10, brings a wealth of collegiate experience to the Suns. Having played two seasons at West Virginia before transferring to Baylor for his final two years, Bridges emerged as a consistent force on both ends of the floor. His stellar performance earned him a spot on the All-Big 12 Third Team this past season, where he averaged 12.2 points per game on impressive shooting splits of 46.6% from the field, 41.2% from three-point range, and 82.3% from the free-throw line. Additionally, he contributed 5.7 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game with the Bears.
The signing of Bridges was widely anticipated following reports immediately after the NBA Draft. A social media video captured his excitement and commitment to joining the Suns, marking a new chapter in his professional career.

In NBA regulations, teams are permitted to add up to three players on two-way contracts, providing flexibility in player development and roster management. Two-way players like Bridges can participate in a maximum of 50 NBA games per season but are ineligible for playoff appearances, focusing instead on refining their skills in the G League.
As part of his two-way contract, Bridges will have the opportunity to suit up for the Suns’ new G League affiliate, the Valley Suns. The team is set to debut this fall at Arizona State University’s Mullett Arena, offering Bridges a platform to further hone his talents under professional guidance.

Alongside Bridges, the Suns have reportedly finalized a two-way deal with former Denver Nuggets guard Collin Gillespie, bringing their roster composition close to completion with 14 of the 15 standard contract spots filled.
The addition of Bridges underscores the Suns’ commitment to cultivating talent and strategic planning as they gear up for the challenges of the upcoming NBA season.
