“… I just had to coordinate with my family to make this work as quickly as possible. I’m extremely thankful, grateful, and excited to be here.”

Last season, White averaged 15.2 points on 46 percent shooting, along with 4.2 rebounds, 5.2 assists, and 1.2 blocks per game. He played a crucial role in the Celtics’ recent championship win, securing their 18th title and making them the NBA’s most successful franchise.

With White now on the roster, Team USA’s Olympic preparations are back on track. Despite Leonard’s greater accomplishments, White is expected to be a more reliable presence, making him a key player in the national team’s gold medal pursuit.
