Press Release: Oilers Playoffs Making a Comeback to ICE District

EDMONTON, AB – The Edmonton Oilers have secured home-ice advantage for the first round of the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs, bringing the excitement back to ICE District.

Tickets for individual games in Round 1 are now on sale, with fans encouraged to sign up for Last Minute Ticket Alerts by texting LMTA to 587-855-5645. Additionally, resale tickets are available through EdmontonOilers.com/Tickets.

ICE District will host enhanced outdoor playoff watch parties throughout the postseason, including the Ford Tailgate Party in ICE District Plaza and the Scotiabank Fan Park. These events will feature game broadcasts with sound, food and beverages, pre- and post-game entertainment with DJs and live bands, ticket giveaways, appearances by Oilers alumni and personalities, and more.

Gates to ICE District Plaza and Fan Park open 90 minutes before home games and one hour before away games, with free admission on a first-come, first-served basis. Molson Hockey House in Ford Hall will also be open for home games two hours before puck drop, with no cover charge for adults 18+.

For away games, fans can attend outdoor watch parties or purchase $5 tickets for the Rogers Road Game Watch Party inside Rogers Place, featuring autograph signings, prizes, and amenities including food and beverage services.

Proceeds from the road game watch parties will benefit the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation in support of local charities. Limited edition Oilers 2024 playoff merchandise is available at the Official Oilers Team Store in ICE District Plaza and online at IceDistrictAuthentics.com.
