Oklahoma State Lands 2025 Four-Star Wide Receiver

Oklahoma State Cowboys Bolster Recruiting Class with Commitment from Jaden Perez

In April, the Cowboys are experiencing a surge of success. Alongside an impressive run of spring football practices, Oklahoma State has made significant strides on the recruiting front. Although there won’t be a spring game in Stillwater, this absence may work in favor of the program. Prospective recruits have the opportunity to attend live practices and gain insights into the day-to-day experience of wearing an Oklahoma State jersey.

The momentum continued on Friday as the Cowboys secured a commitment from four-star wide receiver Jaden Perez, hailing from San Antonio, TX, for their 2025 recruiting class. Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 165 pounds, Perez showcased his skills by recording 48 receptions for 577 receiving yards and six touchdowns during his junior year at San Antonio Brandeis. Notably, he also had a strong sophomore season, tallying 45 receptions for 652 yards and five touchdowns.

Perez’s commitment underscores the rising profile of the Cowboys on the recruiting circuit. As the seventh addition to their class and the sixth commitment in April alone, the class now ranks No. 23 nationally according to Rivals. Perez himself is ranked as the No. 39 wide receiver in the nation, the No. 39 player in Texas, and the No. 232 prospect overall.

In securing Perez’s commitment, the Cowboys outmaneuvered notable programs such as Texas Tech, Houston, Baylor, Kansas, Miami, and Arkansas, among others.

With the growth of their recruiting class, Oklahoma State is poised to make a significant impact in the evolving landscape of the Big 12 conference. While new contenders emerge each year, the Cowboys are positioning themselves as a consistent force to be reckoned with.
