LAFC has announced the promotion of forward Luis Müller from their MLS NEXT Pro affiliate, LAFC2. Müller, 23, has signed a contract through the 2024 MLS season with options for 2025-26 and will occupy an international roster spot.
Müller joined LAFC2 in March and made five appearances, scoring four goals and providing two assists. He has also made two substitute appearances for LAFC’s first team.
Before turning professional, Müller played youth soccer for German clubs FC Energie Cottbus, FC Köln, and FC Viktoria Köln. He also played college soccer at California Baptist University, where he scored 26 goals and had 19 assists in 69 appearances.
