Kansas State is poised to enhance its defensive backfield with the addition of a former Group of Five standout.
According to a source from 247Sports, former Rice cornerback Jordan Dunbar is set to transfer to the Wildcats.
Dunbar, represented by agents Darren Wilson and Chase Moss, redshirted last year. He was an all-conference selection at Rice in 2022 and earned a spot on the Conference USA All-Freshman Team in 2021.
Kansas State, under head coach Chris Klieman, is entering its sixth season. The Wildcats have posted a 19-8 record over the past two years, including a 13-5 mark in Big 12 play.
