A Miami Dolphins player has been accused of sending inappropriate photos and videos of a woman to her son.

A woman has accused former Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard of recording her and sharing the video without her permission. Attorneys for the woman, who remains anonymous, held a news conference on Thursday to update the lawsuit against the 30-year-old.

According to the attorneys, Howard allegedly sent explicit photos and videos of another woman to her son, who was a minor at the time. Attorney Adriana Alcalde stated, “Now, what he’s being accused of doing here is disseminating and taking photographs, some taken without consent, and all disseminated without consent.”

Howard has been dealing with the lawsuit for nearly a year. The lawsuit involves Jane Doe and John Doe, who are not related. John Doe is the son of the other woman, and lawyers claim he received explicit photos.
