A few notable points from the Chiefs’ initial injury report:
Running back Isiah Pacheco, dealing with a shoulder issue, was listed with a full designation, indicating a positive outlook for his availability on Monday against the Raiders.
Unfortunately, the Chiefs start the week with four players missing: linebacker Nick Bolton (wrist/abdomen), linebacker Cam Jones (illness), running back Jerick McKinnon (groin), and wide receiver Kadarius Toney (hip).
Although Bolton is designated as “wrist/abdomen,” Coach Andy Reid clarified that, similar to Jones, he is dealing with an illness.
The Chiefs had two limited participants: wide receiver Mecole Hardman (thumb) and left tackle Donovan Smith (neck).
As for the Raiders:
Key defensive end Maxx Crosby (knee) did not practice, a common occurrence as they manage his knee issue by resting him at the beginning of the week.
Running back Josh Jacobs (quad) continues to miss practice after sitting out the last game.
Raiders center Andre James (ankle) returned as a limited participant after missing the previous week’s game against the Chargers. Linebacker Robert Spillane (illness) also had limited participation.
