Nebraska transfer wide receiver Malachi Coleman has committed to the Minnesota Golden Gophers, joining Miami (Ohio)’s Javon Tracy and UCLA’s Logan Loya.
Coleman, a high school All-American and four-star recruit, has three years of eligibility remaining. He played as a true freshman for the Huskers, recording eight receptions for 139 yards and a touchdown, before redshirting this season. Coleman adds size and speed to Minnesota’s wide receiver group, which has limited returning experience outside of Le’Meke Brockington and Cristian Driver.
Tracy, Loya, and Coleman will all compete for top spots in the Gophers’ receiving corps.
