Andre Adams has been officially appointed as the bowling coach for the Pakistan T20 Series.

Former BLACKCAP Andre Adams is set to join the support staff of the BLACKCAPS for the upcoming KFC T20 Series against Pakistan.

In this five-match series, Adams will serve as the bowling coach within the coaching team led by head coach Gary Stead, alongside regular batting coach Luke Ronchi.

This decision comes after Adams’ prior role as the pace bowling coach for the White Ferns during their 2023 tour to South Africa. Adams is expected to start his full-time involvement with the Blackcap’s squad today in Auckland.

During the series against Pakistan, BLACKCAPS Strength and Conditioning Coach Chris Donaldson and Team Performance Manager Simon Insley will be on a break. Cricket Wellington’s Head of Athlete Development, Matt Long, and Central Districts High Performance Manager, Dave Meiring, will step in to fulfill their respective roles.

The first KFC T20 International against Pakistan is scheduled for this Friday at Auckland’s Eden Park.
