‘‘I was throwing up in my mouth” could this rumor confirms that Emma Rudacanu is pregnant?

Despite feeling like she was “throwing up in my mouth” in the last moments of her Australian Open loss to Yafan Wang of China, Emma Raducanu was resolved to battle to the very last ball.

Raducanu’s dramatic 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 defeat began with her calling the doctor on the court early in the third set. After having her blood pressure examined, she took several medicines to treat what she subsequently called “a stomach bug.”

Raducanu, who was spotted sobbing into her towel, said, “In the third set I was 30-love up serving.” Then all of a sudden, I was weak and queasy and felt terribly ill. I believe everyone saw that the third set was more of a struggle. Physically, I felt good. I was regurgitating more in my mouth. Then it was released following the game. Before that, I merely had a slight stomach ailment.

With Raducanu’s contemporary Jack Draper throwing up in a courtside bin during his first-round five-setter match against Marcos Giron, this has been quite the tournament for queasy Brits. Draper claimed that “it was more kind of psychological stress” following that match, but Raducanu insisted that her circumstances were different.

She remarked, “Mentally, I just felt really composed the entire time.” “I always felt like I was coming back, I just needed to tidy up the errors, even in the first set when I was making a lot of mistakes with the wind.”

When asked if she had thought about retiring, Raducanu firmly stated that she had never considered doing so. “I’ve retired a few times in that situation before in matches, whether it was due to illness or injury,” the woman remarked.

“You feel terrible, because I had trouble seeing the ball at times. However, I was not going to back out. She would have to defeat me, and she succeeded. She proceeded to serve it. I believe that the past year, along with all of my aches and pains and setbacks, helped to toughen me up considerably.

Emma Raducanu has to take a time out

Raducanu’s matches are still full with intrigue and drama. If anything has stood out during her trip to Melbourne and Auckland, it was her first-round meeting with Shelby Rogers on Tuesday, which went off without a hitch.

After returning from a nine-month injury layoff, Raducanu has played in three matches that have gone to a deciding set, and in two of those matches, she found it difficult to sustain her intensity. However, these initial issues are generally to be expected considering how hard it is to replicate matchplay or crowd participation.

The 1573 Arena, which has previously hosted games including Cameron Norrie and Katie Boulter, was overwhelmingly filled with British fans on Thursday. The sole player to advance to the third round was Norrie, who defeated Giulio Zeppieri of Italy. Boulter and Jack Draper, who was supposed to play on Kia Arena, were defeated by highly placed seeds, Qinwen Zheng and Tommy Paul, respectively.
