However, Daniels promptly refuted these rumors with a decisive denial, expressing his disagreement with an emoji. In a tweet, he countered the suggestion that his inner circle opposes him being drafted by New England, using the baseball cap emoji, commonly employed on social media to dismiss falsehoods or exaggerations.

On Monday, Patriots insider Phil Perry published an article on NBC Sports Boston claiming that some individuals closest to LSU quarterback and top NFL draft prospect Jayden Daniels are against him playing in the Northeast, specifically for the New England Patriots.

Phil Perry reported that NFL coaches have raised concerns about how Jayden Daniels, who hails from California and played college football at Arizona State and LSU, would adjust to the playing conditions in New England. Perry stated, “It’s my understanding there are those in his camp who prefer Daniels doesn’t end up in the Northeast.”

The football Twitter page JPAFootball shared the news on Tuesday, and it garnered over one million views in less than eight hours. Daniels promptly debunked the report, indicating his readiness to play for any team that selects him in April’s NFL draft.
