Auburn freshman signs with the same quarterback-focused NIL agency as Bo Nix.Auburn freshman Walker White signs with the same quarterback-focused NIL agency as Bo Nix.

Auburn Tigers’ freshman quarterback, Walker White, quickly embraced the opportunity to capitalize on his name, image, and likeness. Despite enrolling at Auburn just two months ago, White has already teamed up with the Nashville-based agency QB Reps, led by Peter Webb, to manage his NIL opportunities.

“QB Reps is a comprehensive agency offering NIL services to the top quarterbacks in the country,” reads QB Reps’ website. “We support our quarterbacks at every stage of their careers, from high school to the professional level, assisting them in maximizing revenue opportunities and developing their brands, all while adapting to the evolving NIL landscape.”

By joining QB Reps, White joins a select group of talented quarterbacks, including Bo Nix, Riley Leonard, and Ty Simpson. Despite strong recruitment efforts from Clemson, Ole Miss, and others, White, a 4-star recruit and the fifth-best quarterback in the 2024 class, chose Auburn. His impressive performance at the 2024 All-American Bowl, where he threw a 51-yard touchdown pass on his first attempt, earned him high praise from 247Sports, which called him “the best quarterback, by far” in the game. QB Reps’ chief marketing officer, Doug Young, expressed excitement about White’s potential, praising him not only for his football skills but also for his character and leadership qualities.

White is currently experiencing his first spring practice with the Tigers and is part of a four-man quarterback competition with Payton Thorne, Hank Brown, and Holden Geriner. Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze acknowledges that things are moving fast for the true freshman, but he’s impressed by White’s performance so far.

“I think he’s so talented,” Freeze said of White on Feb. 29. “I mean, his arm strength is phenomenal. He made throws the other day that take great arm strength to make.”
