Details of the contracts for Keisean Nixon and AJ Dillon have been revealed.

The contract details for Keisean Nixon and AJ Dillon have shed light on their roles with the Green Bay Packers. Nixon’s three-year deal includes $8.325 million in cash for the 2024 season, making him a significant part of the team’s plans. He will rank eighth in total cash earned on the team, indicating his importance. Nixon is expected to be the starting slot cornerback for the 2024 season, given his high snap count in the slot last year. In 2025, Nixon’s dead cap will be $4.333 million, with the Packers able to save around $2.5 million if they release him. His contract effectively amounts to a two-year, $13 million deal with a $5 million option in 2026.

AJ Dillon’s contract includes a four-year qualifying deal that allows him to earn up to $2.742 million in 2024. He will earn a $2.575 million base salary with a $167,500 signing bonus. Dillon will count $1.29 million against the cap due to the contract’s uncapped nature, which allows the Packers to pay him an additional $1.45 million. Despite these signings, the Packers are expected to consider adding youth at the running back position in the upcoming draft.
