The Buffalo Bills have promoted Matt Bazirgan to director of college scouting as part of several scouting department changes announced on Friday by general manager Brandon Beane.

Bazirgan, who just completed his second season with the team, previously served as senior personnel executive.

In other moves, pro scout Asil Mulbah was promoted to assistant director of pro scouting, while Keith Jennings transitioned from BLESTO scout to area scout.

Additionally, Darius Vinnett joins the Bills as an area scout after an 11-season tenure with the Arizona Cardinals, and the team also hired Vince Marrow to a pro scouting role, having most recently served as assistant general manager for the CFL’s Toronto Argonauts.
