Tom Brady Refrains from Sharing His Opinion on Drake Maye

Since quarterback Tom Brady left New England for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020, the Patriots have faced a significant void at the position.

Initially, it seemed like Mac Jones would be the solution.

During his rookie season in 2021, Jones threw for just over 3,800 yards and 22 touchdowns while guiding New England to the playoffs.

Unfortunately, Jones’ success did not continue over the next two years, and he was traded to the Jacksonville Jaguars in March.

Former University of North Carolina quarterback Drake Maye was selected with the Patriots’ third overall pick in the 2024 draft in hopes that he could fill the void left by Brady.

 

Recently, Brady himself shared his thoughts about Maye, speaking through “Savage Sports.”
