Atlanta Falcons Sign Battlehawks Offensive Tackle.

The first wave of UFL to NFL signings has begun, with St. Louis Battlehawks standout Jaryd Jones-Smith heading to Atlanta. Jones-Smith spent the last two seasons with St. Louis, earning All-XFL honors in 2023, which led to a stint with the Washington Commanders.

This year, Jones-Smith started all 11 games for the Battlehawks, playing a crucial role in their success and earning a nomination as an All-UFL offensive lineman. According to PFF, he received a 61.0 Offensive Grade, with a 57.7 Run Blocking Grade and a 61.0 Pass Blocking Grade.

Over the past two seasons, the St. Louis Battlehawks have showcased some of the top linemen in spring football, with their strong rushing attack led by Jacob Saylors, made possible by their effective O-Line.

Now, Jaryd Jones-Smith will have the chance to advance his NFL career, thanks to the platform provided by the UFL.
