Standing at just 5’8″, the UFL standout will get another chance in the 2024 NFL training camp after being released by the Las Vegas Raiders. Minnesota’s evaluators must have been impressed with Hall’s performance at US Bank Stadium during the Vikings’ preseason opener against the Raiders.
Minnesota Vikings Add Wide Receiver Justin Hall
Justin Hall, 25, went undrafted from Ball State in 2022. Known for his tenacity as a possession receiver, he clocked a 4.58-second 40-yard dash at his pro day. Hall was released by the Raiders on cutdown day in 2022.
Hall then played a season with the Houston Gamblers of the USFL before the team merged with the Houston Roughnecks of the XFL during the formation of the UFL.
In his single UFL season, Hall ranked 3rd in receiving yards with 603, tied for 1st in receptions with 56, and added 3 receiving touchdowns. He also contributed as a punt returner. What does this mean for the Minnesota Vikings’ wide receiver group?
