Despite being considered an extremely raw prospect, Anthony Richardson started immediately for the Colts but was sidelined for the season after a shoulder injury in Week 5. If Richardson can break out as both a passer and a runner, the Colts could have one of the most dynamic offenses in football.

Early reports suggest Richardson’s throwing arm has fully recovered, though the Colts might ease him back in during the offseason and early training camp to prevent overexertion.
If Richardson remains healthy, the Colts’ offense could thrive next season, featuring Jonathan Taylor for a full season, a strong RPO game, re-signed Michael Pittman Jr., Jelani Woods’ return, and the development of young receivers like Josh Downs and Alec Pierce, along with rookie AD Mitchell.
