Josh Allen’s dominance over the Patriots is well-known, especially among Patriots fans, and it’s no secret to those close to him. While Allen didn’t secure a championship ring in the postseason, he did pop the question to his now-fiancée, Hailee Steinfeld, in November. The Buffalo Bills quarterback and the Marvel star join the ranks of other celebrity couples in sports, like Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift.
As expected, people enjoy testing the knowledge of one partner about the other’s profession, and Steinfeld did just that in a “Who What Wear” video released on Wednesday. The Academy Award nominee took a football IQ quiz, where she was asked to name the four teams in the AFC East.
“You got the Buffalo Bills and the Bills’ three sons,” Steinfeld quipped.
Though Steinfeld’s answer was technically incorrect, it’s hard to argue with her sentiment. The Buffalo Bills have dominated the AFC East for the past five seasons, and during that stretch, Allen is 7-2 when playing a full game against the Patriots.
Her playful jab highlights the Patriots’ recent decline, but New England will be hoping that Mike Vrabel can help restore the franchise’s former glory, particularly within the AFC East.
